There are LOADS of reasons not to meditate. Just like with any new, healthy habit, you can come up with thousands of reasons each day to avoid it, blow it off or just forget about it. You might “Need a break” or” deserve some time off,” you can color it anyway you want because at the end of the day there are thousands of reasons to NOT do something.

But, have you considered this? What is your reason TO go ahead and just get the job done? The psychic energy you are spending on finding excuses would be way better utilized in DOING the thing rather than finding a way to feel good about not doing it!

In your life, when you felt your very best was it when you found a valid reason to blow something off or when times were tough and you DID IT ANYWAY???
