Meditation is the new IT thing…Less stress sounds good, your doctor recommends it and the end of a yoga class always feels so close so good! But what exactly are you supposed to be doing? Clearing your head?? Yeah, right! And how are you supposed to find time to do it every damn day??
My name is Cheri Augustine Flake and I’m The Stress Therapist. I’ve been working in the Metro Atlanta mental health community for over 25 years. I teach people how to get better at stress, stop procrastinating, and stay motivated while we work on healthy habits like meditation and happy living.
Meditation is about as good for you was water! And I want you to have this! I can teach you not only what to do exactly when you’re meditating but had to get this beautiful practice into your life with regularity so you too can finally reap the benefits that this sacred practice has to offer.
