We seem to always find it in us to get motivated, but how do we stay motivated?


One piece of information that is often unknown, but imperative to your success in either getting something done or even creating a new, healthy habit, is this: Motivation comes after action, not before.

If you swear that this can’t be the case, you may be confusing inspiration with motivation.

Inspiration will only get you so far…So, if you’re waiting until you feel like to doing something, you could be waiting for quite some time.

This is actually good news because then you are always in control and not waiting for something outside of you to get the job done.

Force yourself to do the littlest something, and your motivation will start rolling.
