Meditation is the new “it” thing. Less stress sounds good. Your doctor recommends it.You’re sold. Now, where to start? The Buddhist’s temple? Eek…intimidating. A meditation class at your yoga studio? It’s an hour long! A book by a monk? They’re so hardcore. Maybe you could just try this on your own…why not? Fifteen seconds into it you think, “Am I doing this right?” Ten seconds later, you’re bored. So, you try “gently bring your attention back to the breath,” but you just can’t clear your head. You wonder if your legs are supposed to be crossed and if you left wet clothes in the washer. Finally, your eyes pop open and you wonder, “Meditation…WTF?

I was at lunch with a friend the other day and I was telling her about my upcoming meditation retreat. After telling me that she “can’t meditate,” she went on to say that she just prefers to take long walks where she can think and be alone and oh, baking too! “Baking is my “meditation.”

I cannot tell you how often I hear this!

“Baking is my meditation” is the same thing as saying something like, “Running is my singing.” Running and singing are two separate things altogether.

It simply doesn’t make any sense.

Also, if you find meditating challenging…and I mean, even thinking about meditating for 15 minutes or so every day practically unthinkable, join the club!

This is how it is to be a beginner, and I get it! If you know me, you know that my default is 100 miles an hour all day and all night long! For a long time, I truly sucked at meditation and really only stuck to it because my health was so bad, I really didn’t have any other choice.

And I am better. WAY better. Not perfect. Not overnight. But so, so much better.

I can slow down. I can pause. Get this, I CAN believe that it’s 2022 and high school seems like a 1,000 years ago. I’m healthier, happier, and best of all, I can stop and allow happiness to bubble up rather than look for it all the time.

That’s why I want you to have this practice in your life. Who knows what meditation could do for you???

I think that the reason that people struggle is that they don’t know exactly what meditation is or exactly what to do. Also, I will just go ahead and say it… I don’t think that there is one person out there that wouldn’t benefit greatly from a daily meditation practice. Not ONE.

The science is out. The evidence is clear.A daily meditation practice It’s about as good for you as water.I can show you what to do and how to make it a habit that lasts a lifetime. This is why I am extending my early bird special for my upcoming retreat.

Come along to the beach and learn this sacred practice and all it has to offer you. I want you to have this…it’s a beautiful life changer and I am devoted to teaching as many beautiful people as I possibly can in this lifetime how to make meditation a part of their every day living.

I’ll show you, can’t wait!
